Carlos report on my requested inspection was excelent. He went above and beyond; my closing required him to do additional inspections after his report and he did follow up with the seller realtor and their contractor to ensure everything was done correctly. Carlos also explained me in a detailed way the inspection he conducted. A very friendly a professional person, highly recommended!!!!
